How do I track my order?

From the My Account Page, Click the

'Order History'  link, Your previously placed orders will be listed, along with their current status. To view the order in detail, click on the ' View Order' link. To view package tracking information, click the 'Track It' button under shipping information to track your order. You will also received a tracking number via Email.

What are your delivery options?

We deliver via USPS priority shipping and sometimes UPS.

What Is Your  Return Policy ?

If you  are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with the tag attached and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. 

 

How can I contact your couriers?

You can contact our Couriers directly  using your package tracking information.

What Is Your Refunds Policy?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your returned item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused in any way. If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit  within a certain amount  of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs  for returning your item.

shipping costs is nonrefundable.
